Make perfect crostini - every time!
- 1 Baguette, sliced into desired thickness
- ¾ Cup auzure Canola Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 175°.
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice with auzure Canola Oil, and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the slices on baking trays and place in oven.
- Cook for 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
- Allow to cool.
- Top with your favourite topping or use to accompany cheeses and dips.
