Make perfect crostini - every time!
Serves: 4
  • 1 Baguette, sliced into desired thickness
  • ¾ Cup auzure Canola Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 175°.
  2. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with auzure Canola Oil, and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the slices on baking trays and place in oven.
  4. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Top with your favourite topping or use to accompany cheeses and dips.
